Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind right after ordering? It happens. Here's how cancellations work at iReaders.
Before we've shipped your order
• You can cancel for free within [2] hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn't been packed or handed to the courier yet.
• Just message us on WhatsApp at +91-9217173337 or email ireadercustomercare@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we'll take it from there.
• Once we confirm the cancellation, your money goes back to you within [5–7] business days for prepaid orders. COD orders are simply marked as cancelled.
After your order has shipped
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you, cancelling it isn't possible. But here's what you can do -
• You can refuse to accept the parcel at delivery it'll come back to us, and we'll process your refund as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Or you can simply let it arrive and raise a return request afterwards through our returns page.
When we might cancel an order
Once in a while, we may need to cancel an order ourselves. This usually happens if:
• The item you ordered is suddenly out of stock
• There's an error in the price or product listing
• We suspect the order isn't genuine, or the delivery address looks incomplete
• Your pin code isn't serviceable by our courier
If this happens, we'll reach out to you by call or email, and refund the full amount (for prepaid orders) within [5–7] business days.
A quick note on COD
If you cancel COD orders often after we've already shipped them, we may need to restrict COD as a payment option for your future orders.
How to cancel
1. WhatsApp or call us at +91-9217173337 with your Order ID and the mobile number used while ordering.
2. Or drop an email at ireadercustomercare@gmail.com, subject line: “Order Cancellation – [Order ID]”.
3. We'll confirm your cancellation within 24 working hours
