Exchange Policy

At Ireaders.in, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your reading glasses, you can request a return or exchange under the following policy:

1. Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, cases, and cleaning cloths must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 48 hours of delivery (tell me your preferred number of days).

  • A ₹99 deduction will be applied as a return handling/processing fee.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours  of delivery.

  • A ₹99 exchange processing fee will be charged.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product category (reading glasses).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products with scratches, lens marks, or signs of wear

  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories

5. Process

  1. Contact our customer support with your order details.

  2. Our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
