Return & Refund Policy

Not happy with what you received? We get it, and we've made our return process simple. Here's how it works.


How long you have

You can request a return or exchange within [7] days of your order being delivered.

What needs to be true for a return

• The product hasn't been used or worn, and is in its original condition

• It comes back with the original box, pouch, cleaning cloth, and any tags or accessories

• You have your Order ID or invoice handy

• It doesn't fall under our non-returnable list below


What we can't take back

• Products bought under a clearance or final sale tag (clearly marked at checkout)

• Items damaged from misuse or regular wear and tear after delivery

• Custom prescription lenses, once the lens-cutting process has started

You got a damaged, wrong, or faulty item?

This should not happen, but if it does, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us:

  1.  Your Order ID

  2.  A clear photo or short video showing the issue

  3.  A quick note on what went wrong

Send it all to ireadercustomercare@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9217173337. Once we verify it, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping, on us.


How to start a return

  •  Head to our Exchanges page on the website, or just message our support team.

  •  Enter your Order ID and the phone number or email you used while ordering.

  • Pick the item and tell us why you're returning it.

  •  If your area is serviceable, our courier will pick it up from your address. If not, we'll guide you on how to ship it back yourself.


When will you get your refund

  • Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quick quality check, we'll let you know via WhatsApp or email.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds land back in your original payment method within [7–10] business days.

  • For COD orders, we'll transfer the refund via bank transfer or UPI just share your account details when our team asks.

  • Want it faster? You can choose store credit instead, which usually processes quicker than a bank refund.


Want an exchange instead?

If you wish to get glasses of a different power, color or style, the same return policy will be valid. Once we receive your product and it is cleared through our check, the replacement will be dispatched to you.
