Here's everything you need to know about how and when your iReader's order will reach you.

Who delivers your order

We commonly ship across India through trusted courier partners, so most pin codes in the country are covered. 

How soon we pack your order

•       Orders are usually packed and ready to ship within [1–2] business days of confirmation

•       Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday start processing the next working day

How long delivery takes

•       Metro cities: roughly [3–5] business days after dispatch

•       Rest of India: roughly [5–7] business days after dispatch

•       Remote or hilly areas: can take [7–10] business days, depending on courier access

These are estimates, not guarantees things like weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays can occasionally push delivery a bit further out, and that part is out of our hands. 

What you'll pay for shipping

  •  Shipping is free on all prepaid orders, anywhere in India

  • A small COD handling fee of Rs. [XX] may apply on Cash on Delivery orders shown clearly at checkout 

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll text and email you a tracking link. You can also track it anytime at https://shipfast.in/track/, just enter your order ID along with your phone number or email.

We cover most pin codes across India. If yours isn't serviceable, you'll see this at checkout, or our team will reach out to figure out an alternative. 

Order taking longer than expected?

First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If there's no movement for more than [2] extra days, message us at ireadercustomercare@gmail.com or call +91-9217173337 we'll follow up with the courier and sort it out, whether that means a replacement or a refund. 

Double-check your address

It's really important to check that your complete address including zip code and phone number are right when you are at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays due to wrong address provided by you and if on that ground a parcel is returned, you will be liable for the re-shipping fees. 

Shipping outside India

Right now, we only deliver within India,  international shipping isn't available yet.
